- Friday, July 17: Registration opens at 3:00 PM, evening welcome session and fellowship
- Saturday, July 18: Full day of speakers, workshops, meals, and evening celebration
- Sunday, July 19: Morning sessions, closing speaker, ends at noon

Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for members who need help attending the convention. No one should be prevented from attending due to cost.

Registration & Pricing
Refund Policy
Refunds are available before April 30, 2026, minus a $25 processing fee. After April 30, tickets may be resold or donated to the scholarship fund. Contact ceahowconvention2026@gmail.com for refund requests.
